I give you permission…

Dear reader

you know who you are…

I give you permission to do those fun things that you wish you were doing instead of cleaning out the food pantry or vacuuming the floor.

Feel free to stop and smell the roses instead of breathing in bleach fumes while you clean the bathroom.

It’s okay to stop and talk to your family instead of talking to your calculator as you struggle with your BAS.

It’s time to get life into perspective. You know what’s important. If you got out the scales you know they’d be way out of balance.

Dear reader – you know who you are. This is your life. Enjoy!
